Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and certain perishable goods cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

• Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
